Melia Cozumel All Inclusive, Cozumel

Our visit to Melia Cozumel was overall a great experience, with the beach being one of the highlights alongside the accommodating staff. The food was quite good, especially the seafood options, although there were some drawbacks with room cleanliness. While the location is nice and peaceful, there were a few areas that need improvement, especially regarding room amenities and service consistency.

Returning to the Melia felt like coming home. The atmosphere was welcoming and there were plenty of enjoyable updates like eco-friendly practices and improved Wi-Fi. The food was excellent across all dining options, particularly at the Parasio. However, the resort could improve by addressing the noise from the air conditioning in the rooms. Overall, it's an excellent choice with great service and beautiful grounds.

We had an overall great time at the resort with beautiful sandy beaches and friendly service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. The food was decent, though I found the dining options a bit limited at times. While we enjoyed our stay, I wish there were more options for dinner and a bit more activity in the evenings.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the location was fantastic with stunning beach views, the amenities left much to be desired. The service was hit or miss, with some staff members being incredibly eager to help while others were indifferent. The dining options were quite limited and often disappointing, which is something I didn't expect. Overall, I found the hotel to be overpriced for the value offered.

We had a memorable family vacation at the hotel, enjoying the beautiful beach and friendly atmosphere. The beach was fantastic, and we loved the fact that we didn't have to rush to reserve chairs. However, the air conditioning was quite noisy and the breakfast could use improvement. Overall, we had a great time and would consider returning.
